Cenotaph 2020 update
Cenotaph 2020. At the time of going to print, the Attendance has been reduced to a national figure of 2,000, with each Regimental Association being granted 8 marching places. With 30 members having volunteered it was inevitable there were going to be disappointments. Those eight have been notified and their registration with the Royal British Legion has been completed.
At this stage I am unable to say whether or not the latest edict from the Government will further reduce the Remembrance Sunday Ceremony at the Cenotaph. Those selected members will be informed of any changes as soon as I receive any news.
