ASSOCIATION AGM FOR THE YEAR ENDING 31 MARCH 2020
As an Association we need to hold an AGM for the Financial Year April 2019 to March 2020. Patently with the current Covid-19 restrictions holding a physical meeting is not going to be possible.
Most organisations of a similar status have been able to hold their AGM's on-line using programmes such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. An alternative may be to ask the Rifles if they would allow the Association to use Swift to host the on-line AGM.
The purpose of this notice is to give notification that we will be holding an on-line AGM, date connectivity details to be confirmed
