The Death of Mr Bill Spiers. R Berks

The Seven Branch are sad to report the passing of their branch & founder Seven branch member Mr Bill Spiers.

They have received the funeral details from Bill's daughter Kathryn; they are as follows: it will take places at Gloucester Crematorium on Friday 14th February at 15;30 family flowers only donations to RGBW Severn Branch.

There will be a celebration of his life afterwards at the Wotton Hall Club Barnwood Rd Gloucester.

Bill Spiers originally served with the Royal Berkshire Regiment from 1950 to 1952 serving in Eritrea and then Cyprus. On finishing National Service he immediately joine the TA serving with 5th Battalion The Glosters from 1953 to 1956
