We have tried hard this year to notify you of as many events across the globe that Association members may be interested in.

For 2026 we would like to improve upon this and produce (by the beginning of December) a calendar of events. To help us do so we can only include events we are notified about. Can I therefore ask that you send an email to myself (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) and the Webmaster (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) for every event you are aware of to include the following information:

1. Title of event
2. Date of event
3. Time of event (and duration)
4. One off or recurring meeting (please state monthly or weekly)
5. Location of event, to include Post Code and any helpful instructions to find it.
6. Contact details (e-mail and mobile) of the organiser.
7. Any dress code.
8. Cost of tickets.
9. Number of tickets to be sold.
10. Bank details for where money should be sent.
11. Any other useful information.

Once we have all the information we will add it to the Calendar and working with the Webmaster ensure tickets are available form a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) on the Association web page.
